We are now delighted to let you know that we are slowly starting to get our GCRA+ classes back up and running again. All members who were exercising with us before the pandemic will be contacted as soon as we have details of when their class will open again.
Please bear with us and thank you all for your continued support. Meantime you can still access our online exercise classes by clicking on the links below.

Anyone who has a long term health condition or wishes to improve their general well-being can join our exercise classes and become a member. A spouse, partner or carer of a member is also welcome to exercise with the class.
Long term health conditions can be demanding on you in many ways. You may feel that you have no ability to carry out routine daily activities as you once could, or that you’re left feeling isolated and detached.
You will find that exercising within your ability will improve your wellbeing and your ability to do more. The more that you are able to do, the more fun you will have - this will have a knock on effect in your everyday life.
With fitness comes fun!
So why not come along for a rewarding, enjoyable atmosphere - safe in the knowledge that the exercises you take part in are suited for your individual needs.
Exercising at one of our classes not only helps you become fitter and confident, but also gives you the opportunity to meet and exercise with fellow members, and make new friends.
Typically, our members will see the benefits of regular exercise after 3 months or sooner, however this varies from person to person.
Your first class is FREE, and each class is only £5. To join a class, please email info@gcra.org.uk for a new member pack and give your completed forms to the instructor at your first class.
