First and foremost, we hope you and your families are all safe and well.
We’re living in extraordinary times. Three months ago, none of us could have imagined how much all our lives would change. The last few weeks have been difficult for us all, and some more than others.
We’re missing seeing all of you at our classes across Grampian and look forward to the time when we can reconnect in person. Sadly, it is hard to say when that might be.
However, since the closure of all our classes the team have been working incredibly hard with 2 of the GCRA+ exercise instructors, Jacquie Donoghue and Kay Robb, in partnership with Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland (CHSS) to develop a series of online exercise videos.
We want to continue to help you keep fit and healthy, which is more important than ever, during these challenging times.
We’re really pleased to have produced and launched, with the help from CHSS, a series of low and moderate intensity specialist video workouts for you to use at home.
